Old Town Hall, Stamford

The Mayor put together a committee of citizens and public officials to work out a marketing and development plan for the historic "Old Town Hall." CWA was charged with creating a masterplan for the building rehabilitation program. The first task targeted potential users such as: retail, office, non-profit, community service, and public restaurants. The second task identified the infrastructure improvements as well as potential cost impact.
