Station Place, Fairfield

The town of Fairfield requested development proposals for affordable/seniors housing adjacent to the historic railroad station downtown. The proposal was for 60 units in a mid rise "U" building, with parking and ground floor retail. It has a masonry and brick base and a landscaped courtyard at the center of the "U", above the parking.

The Richman/CWA project team was awarded the development contract.
