1 Atlantic StreeT, STAMFORD
This oldest "high rise" in Stamford survived years of neglect. The renovation program rearranged
the original bank building spaces on the first floor into retail and office lobby. The upper floors were gutted and completely rebuilt
with new common lobbies to match original detailing. A dramatic piece of the restoration
was completed in the main elevator lobby with new marble walls, floor and ceiling.
