Carlson & Carlson office building, Riverside
Construction was completed for this old - new building. A gut renovation restored a very old "barn" building dated to the 1920's. See Carlson & Carlson.


Interiors

A&E Television Networks, Stamford
The first phase 23,000 sq ft renovation to A&E's offices at Harbor Point is completed. CWA is starting a phase 2 renovation of other parts of the same floor.

Forester Capital, Greenwich
The third phase of renovation and expansion is now complete. The new server room and pantry on the west side is nearly done.

Thorndal Circle, Darien
CWA provides on-going CAD documentation and interior design for tenant spaces at Thorndal Circle in Darien.

Residential/Multi-Family

Meadowbrook II, Tinton Falls, NJ
Ground has broken for this affordable housing project in New Jersey. A component of the program is apartments for the developmentally disabled under the direction of ARC of Monmouth.

Club/Hospitality

Woodway Country Club: Pool / Tennis Club houses, Darien
The new pool and tennis clubhouses was opened to great fanfare. The entire site was transformed into new pools, dining, kitchen, tennis lounge, and camp playground. APC acted as construction manager..

Public/Academic

Greenwich Hospital
CWA continues work on various doctor's suites (tenant interiors) for Greenwich Hospital. These build-outs are located in older office buildings in various towns of CT and NY. The most recent is an IVF clinic completed in Tuckahoe, NY.

The Marvelwood School
Masterplanning for the campus has lead to a need for a new " Performing Arts" and "Studio Arts" - center, near the academic circle. CWA has started concept design for a renovated and new structure adjacent to the Scott Athlectic Center, completed a few years ago.
