GE Capital Real Estate, Stamford
GE Capital Real Estate relocated three operating
groups of about 15,000 sq. ft. each, to 3 full floors of a downtown
office building. The offices are intentionally "spare" but
organized with a clear orderly circulation pattern around the perimeter,
with core "communal" spaces at the center. These are computer,
copy, file, conference, and group training spaces.
Work was completed for occupancy after only 3 months.
