There have been four expansions of these offices
over an 8-year period. TThe company has now taken over the entire
floor. This investment advisory firm had a conservative approach to
office planning from the start; very careful with spending on finishes
with economic use of space.
Technology has expanded with each renovation.
The lobbies have also moved to more convenient locations, off the
elevator lobbies. The finishes, take their clues from the dark wood
trim and light carpeting selected at the first renovation - always
simple and conservative.
