Petito Residence, Old Greenwich
An old Tudor styled carriage house belonged
to a prominent waterfront mansion, traced to the work of McKimm, Mead
& White. It was still used, up until this conversion to a private
residence. All of the improvements were completed with respect for
the original architecture. The only additions to the exterior were
three dormers on the back roof line, in each of the new bedrooms and
a small bay window at the kitchen. Original horse stall dividers,
were preserved and used to separate family living areas.
