Seznec Residence, Maryland
This owner purchased a large plot of land on
the Chesapeake Bay for a modest family "farm" house. The
result traces it's heritage to traditional southern, center hall,
colonial houses. This one has a red metal roof and large screened
porches in the back, facing the south and the water. The front entrance
is purposely understated and simple as it's colonial counterpart suggests.
