Wharf is a mixed use retail "Maritime Center". A 160,000.
s.f. building was planned with a nautical museum on the ground floor,
plus fish markets, grocery stores, oyster bar, shops, and a themed
restaurant. A major catering service and banquet facility fill in
at the 2nd floor. Live-work loft apartments completet the 3rd and
4th floors. Parking is all centralized on the site.
