Admiral's Wharf, Stamford

40 acres of mixed use development was planned for the "West Branch" of Stamford Harbor. The master plan contains 1.12 million square feet for 600 apartments, an office building, and a maritime / retail center. A conceptual massing study for the maritime center and the housing blocks were developed to a concept design stage. Housing consists of Low rise "row houses" at 3 and 4 stories with parking at the center landscaped courtyards.
