Shoreline Village, Long Beach
Three distinct areas for future expansion were
planned at Shoreline Village in Long Beach, California. The largest
area is at the foot of Pine Avenue, where a new circular auto plaza
is configured to contain three new theme restaurants. The second expansion
area consists of additional boardwalk shops between Shoreline Drive
and the harbor. The third is an extension of retail square footage
under existing pavilion roofs. All are modeled in a new concept site
plan and sketch renderings.
