Redman's Hall, Stamford

The historic Redman's Hall was saved from the wrecking ball by Swiss Bank Corporation,( now UBS ) for use as a Child Development Center and a corporate Fitness Club. At 60 years old, the building was in need of a complete renovation with structural enhancements to support the new uses. The building was also braced to new seismic codes.

The child care entrance is placed in the new "back yard" and a dramatic outdoor play area is located on the roof top, with it's new fence enclosure.
