Taft Hotel, New Haven

CWA was asked to do a study of the ground floor spaces of the historic Taft Hotel (now an apartment building) on New Haven's central square. The master plan included enhancements for the retail spaces and projections for retail expansion. The study was completed with a rendering of the proposed improvements as well as construction cost estimates and a real estate leasing summary.
