Ashburton Avenue Projects

Two sites in Yonkers, New York have been designed at once. Site A was designed first and set the model for site B. But, site B completed construction first. An additional phase of low-rise townhouses is under consideration for a Site C. When it is all complete, the development will bring some 500 affordable units to the community.

Site A is a 6 story apartment building of rusticated brick and precast details. It contains approximately 80 units in a double loaded corridor plan. One side faces the street and the other looks out to long views toward the Hudson River.
