Cuisinart Condominiums
CWA has worked on multiple projects for Cuisinart
Resort & Spa. This condominium development occupies an adjacent parcel
of 5 acres by the resort main entrance. It is surrounded on 3 sides
by the Temenos golf course and has views to the water and St. Martin.
This master plan calls for fourteen - four story buildings grouped
in a hemicycle around a large entry courtyard. Each of 56 apartments
is a grand scale, at 3,300 sq. ft., with 2 bedrooms and views in all
directions.
