Rippowam Park Apartments, Stamford

The Stamford Housing Authority turned over the old Ward Homes apartments to The Richman Group. The developer committed to renovate all of the 400 apartments and make substantial additions, such as a new community center. Twelve phases were planned for relocation of the existing families coordinated with the sequence of construction.

An AIA Design award was presented to this project.
