Lawrence Meadows, Senior's Living Community, Milltown, NJ

This pristine wooded site is located in central New Jersey. A master plan was completed for an assisted living and senior independant living development. There are 120 assisted living units, 80 senior living units, and 18 units for an Alzheimer / dementia community.

The buildings fit the site best across the crest of the hill, running East to West. The two major uses were separated by the drop off/porte cochere and central functions. The drive and parking areas navigate the perimeter. The poject has not progressed beyond this concept master plan.
